Pakistan Railway and cybernet which is one of the largest fiber broadband operator in Pakistan signed a contract to deploy a cutting edge technology of fiber optic networking alongside the M1 railway line which is extended between Karachi and Peshawar. This partnership would ensure a strong infrastructure to Pakistan’s digital framework which would make the country able to stand with the digitally established states and meet the requirements of today’s growing digital need everywhere. This strategy would possibly fulfill the future digital and economic needs of the country and improve connectivity demands.M1 railway line is almost 7000 kilometers which is an extensively high range for spreading fiber networking with most capacity for a digital highway. As it is obvious that M1 would pass through many backward and remote areas too so it would be a good step of cybernet to provide faster broadband within these areaswhich will enhance the working of cybernet. Internet transit traffic from networks of Centra Asia to submarine cable network in Arabian sea making Pakistan a great internet core internationally. The CEO of Pakistan Railway Amir Ali Baloch stated , “By coordinating with cybernet we are strengthning our commitment to supporting countries infrastructure development beyond transportation”. While the CEO of cybernet Danish A. Lakhani said, “ we are highly thankful to Pakistan’s Railway ministry, and ministry of Telecommunication and our partner one network to make us able to achieve the goal of spreading network throughout the country. Moreover he said that with the two separate hoist Railway line and motorway would enable us to spread the cybernet all over the country aiming to provide faster bandwidth for people around the country. A network of long hoist, reliability and faster speed is necessary to trigger digitization and revolutions of those area which are not urbanized and consist of middle class people mostly”.
