In the start of 20th century Pakistan was progressive in the field of information technology. Programmers and digital expertise were working properly towards meaningful implementation of network and technology. The incident of 9/11 impact badly on Pakistan’s IT fields. Software houses slows down due to shortage of demand from international companies. However the order from international companies also cancelled by the companies because the Pakistan’s situation was unstable. Which result in the shortage of web developers, graphic designer, programmers, game developers, database managers and digital experts. All the capable manpower in the field of IT migrate to western countries earn a bright future. At the same time India our neighboring country make a strong pathway in the field of information technology. India , Vietnam, Philippines and china belonging to our region make a name in IT field. India IT experts are earning a lot in this field.

Now in a short period of time Pakistan’s IT sector try to make way to success but lack of experts, less skill set, political instability and shortage of infrastructural support are hindrance in the way of success. Usage of AI tools is not on that pace in our country as our neighbor countries are using. AI tools such as chat GPT are used by many organization after very short period of their launch. Tech companies can improve it’s working by shaking hand with business running on large scale. This strategy surely meet the need of modern era but to implement it skillful expertise are necessary. The persons who have the ability and mindset to deal with risk and are forward looking visionary are necessary. Lack of business management skills in the experts who are running software houses is a drawback in the field of information and technology.

Government should also take steps to improve the software developer academies and IT college University to improve IT power.
